the grounds had well-kept lawns, trees, and plants. there was a pool of a reasonable size with a separate kids section. our room featured a sea view and a balcony, it had nice linens.
the snack selection at lunch was not varied enough and sometimes cold. cocktails were not good, and there was little choice. the staff began clearing the bar at 11 pm even though the bar was meant to close at 2 am.

I was disappointed the all-inclusive package seemed limited. Some cocktails cost extra. I also found communication difficult because many staff members didn't speak much English. The buffet food felt repetitive too.

the grounds featured well-kept trees and lawns. a reasonable size pool had a separate kids section. the room included nice linens. it also had a great walk-in shower.
There were no toilets at the beach sunbathing area. I had to climb many steps.

the safe in my room was broken it was a slight issue. i reported it twice. nobody came to fix it i had to carry my passport around.

i found the staff quite amazing. they all kept super clean the reception, bar, restaurant and pool areas. every member of staff was professional and friendly, it was really nice.
the soft drinks have very bad quality. the cocktails are not good either, they use syrup mix with too much water. i ended up drinking mostly water.
